* Sales Administrator *


The purpose of the Sales Administrator will be to take and process all incoming customer sales orders. Duties include:

  • Answering inbound sales calls
  • Processing orders on system
  • Answering any order queries
  • Upselling and cross selling addition items

Skills & Experience

  • Previous sales order processing experience
  • Customer service skills including problem solving and helpful telephone manner
  • IT proficient - keyboard skills & Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Working hours:

Monday 8.30am - 17.00pm
Tuesday 8.30am - 17.00pm
Wednesday 8.30am - 17.00pm
Thursday 8.30am - 17.00pm
Friday 9.00am - 15.00pm
